WELCOME TO THE MOON IN CARDIFF. WE'RE A rescued NON-PROFIT MUSIC VENUE, BAR & CLUB ON WOMANBY STREET. wE HOST REGULAR gigs, clubnights & MUSIC COMMUNITY EVENTS.

THE VENUE IS RUN BY CREATIVE REPUBLIC OF CARDIFF. MONEY GOES BACK INTO IMPROVING THE VENUE AND LOCAL SCENE AROUND US. we are a bronze-level accessible venue.

We were absolutely thrilled to discover this compilation put together by @propertidyrecords for their first ever release, with proceeds going to The Moon! 💜 31 tracks from South Wales psych punk & noise acts, available to download for £5 from http://www.propertidyrecords.bandcamp.com This weekend was going to be the Strange Frequencies weekender, we're gutted for @zedsdedpromotions that it couldn't go ahead, but chuffed they chose to do this instead and sure we can all get the acts to play in some kind of mega line up when we're back open : ) 🧡 Thanks so much to all the bands for contributing tracks, @samanthaemilya for the lush artwork and just to say that we really miss you all and can't wait to reopen when it's safe xx
