HEADS ABOVE THE WAVES - raising awareness of depression/self-harm in young people. Loads of information, coping techniques, blog, workshops.

CARDIFF & VALE ACTION FOR MENTAL HEALTH - wide range of support information, directory of mental health services and information leaflets.

THE MIX - Tel: 0808 808 4994 (or text 85258) - a support service for u25s available 365 days a year for anything from mental health to money, homelessness, relationships, drugs. there’s also an online chat and contact page

TIME TO CHANGE WALES - anti-stigma campaign, includes pledges for employers. 

SILVERCLOUD is an online course which offers support for anxiety, depression, and much more, all based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Anyone aged 16 or over can sign up.
