JOSH HICKS: rising star in the Welsh music scene, making waves with his soulful and captivating sound. Having started his musical journey by working closely with Emeli Sandé in 2020. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Adele, Duffy, and Ella Fitzgerald, his vocals are both powerful and emotive. Josh injects his own personality into his songwriting, drawing from personal experiences and unspoken feelings. Bursting onto the scene in 2023, Josh quickly gained recognition with his debut single ‘Self Seeking (The Highest Order of Selfishness)’ and follow-up track ‘Everything About You,’ both earning a coveted spot on BBC Radio Wales A-List and being added to Apple Music's prestigious ‘New in Pop’ editorial playlist.
