Donate to the Band Together fundraiser - raising as much money as possible. Ty Hafan is a charity based in South Wales that provides support & care to children with life-shortening conditions who are not expected to live beyond 18 years. They continue their support for the families during the bereavement stage. The children under Ty Hafan’s care have a range of life-shortening illnesses such as Severe Cerebral Palsy, Cancer and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
