As Wreckless Eric he needs little introduction — he wrote and recorded the classic ‘Whole Wide World’ and had a hit with it back in 1977. Since then it's been a hit for countless other artists including The Monkees, Cage The Elephant and Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day. Eric’s version featured in the 2022 Expedia / Superbowl / Ewan MacGregor travel ad.. As Eric Goulden it's a little more complicated - a musician, artist, writer, recording engineer and producer, he didn’t like either the music business, the mechanics of fame or the name he’d been given to hide behind, so he crawled out of the spotlight and disappeared into the underground. He went on to release twenty something albums in forty something years under various names - The Len Bright Combo, Le Beat Group Electrique, The Donovan Of Trash, The Hitsville House Band, and with his wife as one half of Wreckless Eric & Amy Rigby, finally realizing he was stuck with the name Wreckless Eric.
His albums encapsulate pop, bubblegum, garage trash and psychedelia. His live performances are a sonic journey through time and space. Eric presents himself alone if not simply with electric and acoustic guitars, and electronics of his own making. The tour will focus on his new album ‘Leisureland’ released in August 2023 (Tapete Records).

SIMON LOVE: Witty garage pop rock also on Tapete Records. Simon’s debut ‘It Seemed Like A Good Idea At The Time’ was nominated for the WELSH MUSIC PRIZE, and second album 'Sincerely, S. Love x' received much critical acclaim while he toured Europe a few times and played in the USA. Third album ‘Love, Sex and Death etc’ is influenced by Nick Lowe, Kevin Ayers, Silver Jews, Ween and all the Kinks between 1971-75. The title comes from the fact that every song mentions or references love, sex and/or death in the lyrics. That fact makes this a concept album but even though it’s a concept album, there’s no through line, no direct narrative, so Simon says you can listen to it however you want. "A potty-mouthed UK version of Father John Misty…fantastic" Shindig!. Simon Love on Facebook / Bandcamp / Spotify / Twitter / website
